As a Buyer, you will be responsible for local &amp; global procurement, indirect categories, playing a significant role in enabling and maintaining Riskified’s global supplier base, purchasing processes, procure-to-pay systems, and defining and implementing procure-to-pay policies. You’ll assist business partners and suppliers navigate the onboarding and purchasing processes while maintaining compliance with key controls. The Buyer will be working closely with Finance &amp; Legal teams. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and should have high attention to detail as well as demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, negotiation, and teamwork skills. <h2>What Youll Be Doing</h2> <ul> <li>Global purchasing focal point: manage purchase orders end to end, from issue to delivery</li> <li>Reduce global company costs &amp; improve terms</li> <li>Lead negotiations and contracts end-to-end, work with all relevant stakeholders (Business, Legal, Finance, etc)</li> <li>Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers</li> <li>Vendor relationship management</li> <li>Provide excellent service to the relevant departments</li> <li>Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law or Business</li> <li>Over 2 years in a global Procurement role</li> <li>Experience in negotiations </li> <li>Ability to meet savings and ROI KPIs</li> <li>ERP knowledge (preferable NetSuite) - advantage</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance immediate/long term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and serviceability</li> <li>Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills - advantage</li> </ul> <h2>Life at Riskified</h2> We are a fast-growing and dynamic tech company with 750+ team members globally.
