This role will be key to driving business growth through high-impact partnerships, including new go-to-market channels, product integrations, and co-marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a high-agency person that is passionate about what we are building at Replit. Experience with AI and developer tools is a bonus.In this role you will…<ul><li>Develop the Partnership Strategy: Work with the hiring manager to handle inbound partnership requests and prioritize</li><li>Identify &amp; Close New Partnerships: Proactively source, negotiate, and finalize strategic partnerships with high-value organizations.</li><li>Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to maximize value for both parties.</li><li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth partnership execution and alignment.</li><li>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights.</li><li>Build projects 0-to-1: We are still an early team, so this role will also use ~20% of their capacity to test and scale new initiatives</li></ul>Required skills and experience:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Strong technical skills like SQL, Python, or JavaScript</li><li>Experience in developer tools or AI</li></ul>Tools + Tech Stack for this role<ul><li>Google Slides, Google Sheets, and other office tools</li><li>SQL and Python</li></ul>This role may not be a fit ifReplit is entering a hyper-growth phase in one of the fastest moving spaces in the world (and maybe all-time).
