You will be at the forefront of forging and growing strategic alliances, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment with Spotify’s broader business objectives.</div><h3>What Youll Do</h3><ul><li>Cultivate and lead strategic relationships with key global payment partners—including processors, gateways, and acquirers.</li><li>Advocate for Spotify’s business and payments vision externally, maximizing the impact of current partnerships while identifying opportunities for growth.</li><li>Drive commercial negotiations and contract agreements aligned with Spotify’s objectives.</li><li>Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes to support payment growth and optimisation initiatives.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring a coordinated and effective interface both internally and externally.</li><li>Manage a portfolio of high-impact payment initiatives in line with our business goals and payment strategy.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, legal, finance, marketing, policy, communications, and operations teams.</li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>You have extensive experience in online payments for global digital merchants, with a strong grasp of international scale and complexity.</li><li>You’re a relationship builder with a proven track record of managing diverse global partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups.</li><li>You have sharp commercial acumen, with experience leading strategic negotiations and driving value through partnership.</li><li>You’re adept at leading complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed environments.</li><li>You bring deep hands-on experience with payment partners, including contract structuring and pricing models.</li><li>You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity.</li><li>You’re a persuasive communicator with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>You excel at influencing others and building credibility across all levels of an organization.</li></ul><h3>Where Youll Be</h3><ul><li>This role is based in London.</li><li>We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
