You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline our operations and processes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our systems.Your key contributions will include:<ul><li>Designing, implementing, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines for Redwoods solutions and automation platform to enable frequent, reliable, and automated releases.</li><li>Driving the adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of the infrastructure.</li><li>Establishing and refining comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for deep observability into platform health, performance, and security, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues.</li><li>Automating routine operational tasks related to deployment, scaling, and maintenance, reducing manual overhead, and increasing operational efficiency.</li><li>Providing essential support and troubleshooting for production environments, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures to minimize future incidents.</li></ul>YOUR EXPERIENCE <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years or equivalent relative experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence technical direction across Redwood products.</li><li>Proven ability to design, build, and manage scalable and highly available infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.</li><li>Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, ECS) for deploying and managing applications at scale.</li><li>Excellent scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell for infrastructure management, task automation, and pipeline scripting.</li><li>Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and data protection strategies.</li></ul>Nice to Have:<ul><li>Expertise with popular observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms beyond AWS, such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.</li><li>Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, and remote-first teams.</li><li>Background in supporting high-availability, large-scale systems.</li></ul>** This is a full-time remote role.
