Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target, and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.</span></span></div><div><span><span>What youll be doing</span><span>:</span></span></div><ul><li><div><span>Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Serve as point person for all post-sale client requests and communication with client, including kick off calls, asset gathering, KPI discussions, creative changes, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, troubleshooting.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with Campaign Management and Platform Solution teams to develop and provide regular actionable insights to our clients on both live and post campaign results detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with internal Client Strategy to effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign directly with our clients.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Provide accurate campaign screengrabs and detailed reporting in line with campaign objectives and KPIs in a timely manner.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with Data Analytics to ensure successful delivery of in depth reporting to clients and troubleshoot where necessary.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Lead client calls and virtual/in-person business reviews covering campaign performance, insights and recommendations.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Coordinate extensive monthly billing with clients and internal teams.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.</span></div></li></ul><div><span><span>Requirements</span><span>:</span></span></div><ul><li><div><span>2+ years experience in a client-facing Account Management, Customer Success, or Media Planning role, developing and managing programmatic campaigns and/or digital media buying.</span></div></li><li><div><span>BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar education.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Understanding of interactive media planning, buying elements, success metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, DR etc.), and campaign/tech troubleshooting.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Interactive agency or consulting experience (supporting Health and Wellness campaigns a plus).</span></div></li><li><div><span>Passion for customer service and ensuring that our clients have the best experience possible.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Responsible and results-driven individual.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and organization skills.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, IAS, DoubleVerify, Sizmek, JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Understanding of the programmatic market with exposure to bid management and campaign management/optimization strategies, preferred.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Demonstrated ability in analyzing and interpreting campaign data to recommend solutions that will provide optimal results for our clients.</span></div></li><li><div><span>We are open to hiring this as hybrid in our Newark office (283-299 Market Street, 4th Floor, Newark, NJ 07102) or fully remote, East Coast locations and hours preferred. </span></div></li><li><div><span>Work hours: 9am-6pm EST.</span></div></li></ul><h3><span>What we’ll give to you:</span></h3><ul><li><div><span>Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life &amp;
