Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.</span></div><div></div><div><span>What youll be doing</span><span>:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Serve as point person for all post-sale client requests and communication with client, including kick off calls, asset gathering, KPI discussions, creative changes, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, troubleshooting.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with Campaign Management and Platform Solution teams to develop and provide regular actionable insights to our clients on both live and post campaign results detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with internal Client Strategy to effectively communicate digital strategies and rationale for tactical approaches for each campaign directly with our clients.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Provide accurate campaign screengrabs and detailed reporting in line with campaign objectives and KPIs in a timely manner.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Partner with Data Analytics to ensure successful delivery of in depth reporting to clients and troubleshoot where necessary.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Lead client calls and virtual/in-person business reviews covering campaign performance, insights and recommendations.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Coordinate extensive monthly billing with clients and internal teams.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Have the potential to own accounts.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Requirements</span><span>:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Post-Sales Programmatic Expertise</span><span> – Strong background in post-sales and programmatic operations; technical troubleshooting experience is essential.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Cross-Functional &amp; Technical Skillset</span><span> – Experience working across teams to troubleshoot issues, including some direct exposure and responsibilities relative or adjacent to ad operations (e.g., tagging issues, optimization) in required.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Project Management &amp; Problem-Solving</span><span> – Ability to manage projects internally and externally, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Work Ethic &amp; Adaptability </span><span>– Independent learner, resourceful, highly detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex client asks strategically.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience Level &amp; Industry Knowledge</span></div></li><ul><li><div><span>1+ years in Account Management</span></div></li><li><div><span>Prior roles: Sales Planner, Sales Buyer, Account Manager, Client Service Manager at a digital vendor, or adjacent.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Exposure to post-sales media operations and hands-on execution is critical.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Looker.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and DoubleVerify.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Pharma experience is a plus but not required.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Platform experience preferred (e.g., TTD, competitors, DCM).</span></div></li><li><div><span>Nice-to-have skills: Insertion order management, reporting analysis, Salesforce.</span></div></li></ul></ul><div><b> </b></div><div><span>Key responsibilities demonstrated in prior experience:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Reporting &amp;
