We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People team and help ensure smooth, consistent, and impactful People operations.As People Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day People support, ensuring our programs and processes run efficiently and deliver a great employee experience. You’ll partner closely with the People Business Partners and other team members, helping to bring our people strategies to life while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of People.<h3>What you’ll be working on:</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative and coordination support across the full People lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and People data in our HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure consistency and compliance</li><li>Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a positive candidate experience</li><li>Assist with People programs and initiatives, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, performance management cycles, and development sessions</li><li>Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely support or directing to the right resources</li><li>Maintain the company’s benefits program and serve as the main point of contact for benefits administration</li><li>Help track and report on People metrics, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience</li><li>Partner with the People team on a variety of projects — for example, streamlining processes, supporting engagement initiatives, or assisting with audit and compliance work — to drive continuous improvement in People operations.</li><li>Act as a culture ambassador and live Procurify’s CARES values — Commitment, Ambition, Resilience, Excellence, and Simplicity — into day-to-day People practices</li></ul><h3>Who we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>Up to 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related People-focused role (internship or co-op experience welcome)</li><li>Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting team members</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and discretion</li><li>Familiarity with HR systems and tools; experience with our HRIS (BambooHR) or applicant tracking system (Ashby) is an asset</li><li>A willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</li><li>A team-oriented approach, with a commitment to building a positive and cohesive employee experience</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>WHY PROCURIFY?</h2><h3>Help us modernize spend management</h3>Procurify is a remote-first company with a big heart and a strong ambition to modernize the way organizations manage business spend.
