Were looking for a highly dynamic and innovative AI Automation Engineer to join a new internal tools team. In this unique role, you will act as a force multiplier across the company, focused on applying AI tools and technologies to solve our most pressing operational challenges. This is a hands-on position focused on partnering with a broad set of stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and develop scrappy technical solutions.  Primary duties <ul> <li>Problem identification &amp; collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders around the business. Quickly understand their business challenges and translate those into technical solutions.</li> <li>Build internal tools: Develop and maintain internal tools that automate existing work and increase employee productivity. Rapidly prototype AI-enabled utilities or automations and deploy them to users.</li> <li>Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Structure the work into discrete steps and sprints. Make tough tradeoff decisions optimizing for time to value.</li> <li>Documentation &amp; training: Clearly document your work and provide training to users, ensuring the successful adoption and long-term success of new tools.</li> <li>AI tool evaluation: Lead the evaluation of third-party AI tools and technologies.
