You’ll engage closely with leadership, partner with Business Operations, Product and GTM teams, and turn complexity into clarity by designing human-centered, AI-powered workflows that make our internal workflows easier — every single day. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role: you’ll work hands-on &amp; cross functional with leadership and functional heads to identify bottlenecks, prototype automation solutions within hours not weeks, and shape the long-term internal AI architecture of how plancraft operates. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Identify automation opportunities by shadowing teams and observing real workflows — no endless discovery phases.</li><li>Define &amp; maintain a prioritized automation backlog that maximizes impact and leverage across plancraft - closely aligned with leadership, strategic priorities &amp; company goals.</li><li>Partner directly with leadership and teams to translate pain points into scalable, high-ROI automation solutions.</li><li>Build rapid prototypes using no-code/low-code platforms and AI APIs — delivering MVPs within days or even hours rather than weeks.</li><li>Extend automations with lightweight scripts or API integrations when no-code tools hit their limits.</li><li>Run short, iterative 2-week sprint cycles with direct user feedback to continuously improve solutions.</li><li>Host “automation meetups” to share learnings, inspire teams, and demystify AI &amp; close alignment with other internal AI enablement streams across the company.</li><li>Ensure scalability, documentation, and maintainability of all solutions through smart design and clean architectures.</li></ul>Your north star: build automations that make work feel lighter — and unlock the next level of productivity across plancraft.Must-haves <ul><li>Strong analytical mindset for mapping and optimizing workflows end-to-end.</li><li>Hands-on experience with low-/no-code platforms (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate).</li><li>Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and how data flows between systems (CRM, HRIS, accounting, billing, etc.).</li><li>Basic scripting or SQL skills to extend automations beyond low-code tools (Python or JavaScript).</li><li>Ability to evaluate automation ROI and prioritize for leverage, not volume.</li><li>Excellent project management, collaboration and communication skills — especially when working with leadership and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Curiosity and applied understanding of how modern AI (LLMs, document processing, copilots) shapes automation design. </li></ul>Nice-to-haves <ul><li>Experience in a similar role is a strong plus</li><li>Business acumen to evaluate automation ROI and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and document-processing technologies.</li><li>Experience in fast paced environments and/or high growth start-ups, consulting or business operations optimization.</li><li>Understanding of data security and compliance in automation.</li></ul> Mindset that sets you apart You see AI as an amplifier for human creativity &amp; scalabitlity — not a replacement for it.
