You’ll define the vision and execution for how customers interact with Point — from acquisition through long-term engagement — and leverage AI-driven opportunities to transform the way we deliver value. You’ll manage and mentor a talented group of PMs, champion customer insight, and collaborate across the organization to deliver delightful, impactful product experiences. <ul> <li>Product Strategy: You will be responsible for driving the customer experience strategy across the org, championing a product-led approach. Ensure the engineering team clamors to work with you and your team. </li> <li>Drive product delivery by partnering and leading your team to partner with marketing, sales, data, design, and engineering to ideate, launch, and measure growth initiatives.</li> <li>Create a quality-first culture to ensure that your team consistently orchestrates flawless product launches, meeting high quality bars and achieving maximum adoption by internal teams as needed. </li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Customer Insight</li> <ul> <li>Lead experimentation programs to open new channels, optimize funnel conversion, deliver an excellent customer experience, and minimize operational friction.</li> <li>Gather insights from internal and external user feedback, web analytics, research, experiments, competitors, and data analysis to understand user needs and synthesize into learnings for the team, and into product plans to deliver on those user needs.</li> <li>Champion UX by partnering with design to build the most intuitive and effective customer experiences.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Influencing People</li> <ul> <li>Drive stakeholder alignment by (over)communicating and building deep relationships which facilitate trust.</li> <li>Promote the work your team is driving throughout the organization in order to gain buy-in and support.</li> </ul> </ul> <ul> <li>Management</li> <ul> <li>Define team goals and monitor progress for direct reports. </li> <li>Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to direct reports to expand the impact and scope of the team overall.</li> </ul> </ul>   About you <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in product management, and/or management consulting, including 3+ years managing high-performing product teams</li> <li>A strong track record bringing product features to market and inspiring the people who work with you to execute flawlessly against both the long-term product vision and current priorities </li> <li>MBA or equivalent work experience </li> <li>Previous experience at a startup preferred </li> <li>Experience bringing an AI-powered feature to market preferred</li> <li>Experience in fintech, B2C e-commerce, and/or real estate preferred</li> <li>Data analysis: A remarkable ability to use data to form a hypothesis and define metrics to determine the success of product initiatives. You use numbers to tell a story. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary): <ul> <li>Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $255,000 - $285,000</li> <li>Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara | $230,000 - $255,000</li> <li>Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $205,000 - $225,000</li> </ul> This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references.
