You’re energized by untangling complex problems, excel at asking the right questions, and love turning analysis into real-world impact.</li></ul><ul><li>Critical Thinking: You ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and use first-principles thinking to break down problems. You connect the dots across different inputs and craft well-reasoned, structured recommendations. You work comfortably with quantitative and qualitative data and consistently identify and close gaps in understanding.</li><li>Collaboration: Relationship-building is one of your superpowers.
