We are seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Brand Strategy Lead to support the execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy. This role will play a vital part in operationalizing a unified and differentiated brand presence across segments, regions, and touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Media &amp; Creative Strategy, this individual will help bring the Citi Wealth brand to life—ensuring consistent design, clear messaging, and strategic alignment across all client-facing experiences.This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical rigor, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings proven experience in campaign execution, brand systems, and stakeholder Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy and identity system across channels and regions.</li><li>Partner with internal design, content, and marketing teams to bring creative campaigns and assets to life.</li><li>Coordinate deliverables and timelines for brand-related initiatives, ensuring timely and consistent execution across stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct research and benchmarking to inform creative development, messaging, and visual expression.</li><li>Develop brand guidelines, visual toolkits, and internal communications to promote brand system understanding and adoption.</li><li>Drive consistency in design and voice across marketing, content, and sales assets.</li><li>Assist in managing agency partners, creative vendors, and internal contributors to deliver high-quality brand assets.</li><li>Support presentations and storytelling to advocate for the brand internally and externally.</li><li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firms reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.</li></ul> Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing execution, or creative operations.</li><li>Background in financial services, luxury, tech, or professional services preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale brand initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.</li><li>Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike.</li></ul> Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred</li></ul> This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
