With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to join our Payments team at Papaya Global.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Be the first port of call for payment related queries and concerns</li><li>Investigating and responding to payment queries from internal and external parties</li><li>Monitoring of payments execution and resolving any issues</li><li>Working with 3rd party payment providers to resolve queries</li><li>Ensuring payments/reports are loaded on to the system correctly and timely</li><li>Provide and maintain exceptionally high levels of customer service</li><li>Work collaboratively with the rest of the payments and customer service teams as we continue to scale</li></ul>This role is hybrid in Kraków (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)<ul><li>﻿Bachelor’s degree – preferably in a STEM subject</li><li>2+ years of work experience in a financial services customer-facing role, preferably B2B</li><li>Excellent communications skills – written and verbal</li><li>Proactive and creative in problem-solving</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under stressful conditions</li><li>Understanding of payments systems and settlement cycles</li><li>Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Microsoft office</li></ul>
