They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to be a great professional. They guide students through the program and into their future careers, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.<ul><li>Partner payments: verify student data, track payments.</li><li>Partner refunds: validate amounts, communicate with partners, update dashboards.</li><li>Cross-team support: coordinate with Support, Retention, and Success teams on documents, payment issues, etc.</li><li>Payment case resolution: send links, adjust schedules, handle transfers and tech issues (with Guidance, Sales, Dev).</li><li>Promo campaigns: creation, tracking, support for Marketing.</li><li>B2B ops: prepare and manage proposals, pre-invoices, and invoices.</li><li>Tech support (platform &amp; payments): manage customer accounts, control access.</li></ul><ul><li>Has perfect communication and interpersonal skills to interact inside our little team and our big team.</li><li>Quickly adapts and acts in conditions of partial uncertainty.</li><li>Perfectly orients in large amounts of information and can independently get to the bottom of the matter.</li><li>Can organize themselves, everyone and everything around.</li><li>Always looks for ways to improve everything around them, is proactive.</li><li>Knows how to set tasks and control their implementation.</li><li>Is familiar with Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar tools.</li><li>Is ready to do routine work, and got mindfulness, accuracy, and meticulousness to do it well.</li></ul>Hard Skills:<ul><li>Working experience in IT from 1 year.</li><li>Advanced English (written and spoken).</li><li>Is fluent in Spanish.</li><li>Advanced level of Excel.</li><li>Working experience with billing &amp; invoicing systems would be an advantage.</li><li>Working experience with HelpDesk would be an advantage.</li></ul><ul><li>$900 - $1100 payment on a monthly basis.</li><li>Full-time remote collaboration.</li><li>A comfortable digital office.
