This role will build, own, and evolve the models, processes, and reporting infrastructure that drive smarter, faster decision-making as we scale.</div><div><br /></div><div>This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. For San Francisco-based candidates: we have a new HQ in the Presidio for optional in-person collaboration opportunities!</div><h3>💥 The impact you will have</h3><ul><li>Build scalable processes to support Owner’s rapid growth trajectory</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic planning and resource allocation</li><li>Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive leadership</li><li>Support data-driven decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses</li><li>Identify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiency</li><li>Reduce manual reporting through automation and standardization to deliver timely, reliable insights to key stakeholders</li><li>Improve forecast accuracy and agility by enhancing visibility into financial performance drivers</li></ul><h3>✅ What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles; experience in a high-growth startup is a plus</li><li>Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and streamlining reporting workflows</li><li>Strong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain dynamic forecasting models</li><li>Proficient in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Runway, or Mosaic; familiarity with SQL or Sigma is a plus</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities</li><li>Skilled at partnering cross-functionally to support operational and headcount planning</li><li>Clear written and verbal communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders</li><li>Excited to build scalable processes, enable self-serve reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the company</li></ul><h3>🏆 Pay and benefits</h3><ul><li>The estimated base salary range for this role is $100k - $140k, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package</li><li>Other benefits include comprehensive health coverage, remote-first workplace, unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks!</li></ul>
