This role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis and a keen eye for detail, with opportunities to play a critical role in planning decisions that will impact the company’s growth and operational efficiency. You will help to uncover insights to improve predictability of financial results, and enhance financial reporting and forecasting capabilities.</p> <p><strong>What will you do? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive efficiencies in Sales Headcount planning and forecasting, and own weekly and monthly headcount reporting for internal stakeholders</li> <li>Perform financial analysis and risk/opportunity assessments to quantify the impact of new initiatives or variances to Plan</li> <li>Proactively identify and improve scalability of existing processes and financial models, to improve financial controllership and reporting</li> <li>Partner with Accounting on delivering monthly and quarterly close cycle deliverables in a timely manner</li> <li>Partner with Corp FP&amp;A and cross-functionally as needed on projects to maintain and improve the predictability of financial results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills and knowledge should you bring?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
