Your primary responsibility will be customer engineering for NVIDIA Networking products, collaborating closely with hardworking groups of SDK developers, drivers and firmware engineers, DPU architects, and domain experts in security, virtualization, data science, and AI. Join a rapidly growing team where your work will greatly influence the future of a company at the forefront of innovation.What you’ll be doing:<ul><li>Establish yourself as a technical specialist in embedded networking products, specifically the BlueField and ConnectX product lines, providing direct support to sales accounts and program managers while collaborating closely with the team to secure design wins</li><li>Architect, design, and develop innovative, scalable, and high-performance hardware-accelerated software solutions</li><li>Engage with strategic customers and partners to train, design, build, and productize solutions based on our networking products</li><li>Identify customer architectures and key product and production requirements related to AI networking at hyperscale, software-defined networking, and the latest GPU hardware</li><li>Provide technical guidance and direction to fellow developers, ensuring cohesive execution as a unified team</li><li>Represent the group in cross-org/leadership and customer technical discussions</li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related science degree (or equivalent experience)</li><li>8+ overall years of experience</li><li>Strong affinity for innovation and a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems</li><li>Excellent time-management and organization skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technologies and products</li><li>Strong social skills, with experience working with developers, partners, and customers</li><li>Diligent and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, both internally and externally with customers</li><li>Experience in computer networking development, including fields such as Software-Defined Networking (SDN), DPUs, SmartNICs, NIC drivers, OVS/OVN, DPDK, DOCA, network applications/services, networking protocols, hardware acceleration/offloads, edge services</li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>Experience working with customers and partners to develop strategic solutions</li><li>Experience in DOCA development</li><li>Hands-on background in Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) technology</li><li>Hands-on experience in AI workloads, NCCL, CUDA, Congestion Control and performance tuning</li></ul>With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
