We are seeking an experienced and engaged Senior QA SW Engineer with strong background in Networking to join the System Ethernet QA Team! This role combines manual testing expertise with Python-based automation skills to test and qualify the NVIDIA Ethernet Switches solutions. If you’re proactive, open to learning new things, and ready to grow, we want you on our team!  What youll be doing:<ul><li>Review the Arch design and requirements for new features introduced in the product.</li><li>Design and implement end-to-end tests for new features, including GA and maintenance releases.</li><li>Report and document bugs, assist in reproducing and debugging issues, verify R&amp;D bug fixes, and raise unresolved issues.</li><li>Perform various system tests (regression, performance, functional, security, etc.).</li><li>Design, implement, and maintain automated tests and framework APIs in Python.  </li></ul>What we need to see:<ul><li>Practical/BA or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in QA and/or Networking.</li><li>Confirmed networking knowledge and hands-on experience (switching &amp; routing).</li><li>Confident understanding of the following protocol: BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, OSPF. Multicast features like PIM/IGMP. QoS features like PFC, ECN, RoCE and more.</li><li>Automation / Scripting skills and experience in Python and Linux Bash.</li><li>Ability to handle several tasks in parallel. Effectively prioritize and responsibly complete them.</li><li>Clear verbal and written communication, proficient written and spoken English  </li></ul>Ways to stand out from the crowd:<ul><li>CCNP/CCIE certification, or similar certifications demonstrating networking expertise.</li><li>Sophisticated experience with Python automation and Git-based source control tools for enterprise-scale projects.</li><li>In-depth Linux and Linux kernel knowledge (LPIC-2 level).</li><li>Experience with virtualization and containerization environments (Linux KVM, ESXi, Docker).  </li></ul>NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
