You’ll operate at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, running high-impact experiments, uncovering performance insights, and helping us scale a mission-critical growth engine.</p> <p>You’ll report to our <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/lialankford/">Director of Growth</a> and work closely with peers across Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Product. This is a great opportunity to fully own channel strategy and execution and drive the growth of the business.</p> <p>This role is full-time and based in NYC (expectation to be in-person 3–4 days/week, with some remote flexibility) or San Francisco, Bay Area.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities &amp; Opportunity:</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Own the strategy and execution of Paid Social:</strong> You’ll be responsible for driving efficient growth on these channels end-to-end, including setting strategy, making capital allocation decisions, launching experiments, and making data-driven optimizations.</li> <li><strong>Lead strategic analysis and problem-solving:</strong> You’ll proactively identify key growth opportunities, design and execute analyses to understand what’s working (and what’s not), and translate insights into clear next steps.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate across teams to drive performance:</strong> You’ll work closely with internal partners (Creative, Influencer, Analytics, Product) to ensure we’re launching the best possible ads and learning as much as we can from every dollar spent.</li> <li><strong>Own reporting, pacing, and forecasting:</strong> You’ll build and maintain channel-level performance reports that inform company-wide decisions and ensure we’re hitting goals.</li> <li><strong>Drive experimentation and learning:</strong> You’ll build a roadmap of high-impact tests (across targeting, creative, budget strategy, etc.) and lead execution, always focused on improving customer acquisition and efficiency.</li> </ul> <h3>You’re a great fit if you:</h3> <ul> <li>Have <strong>5-6 years of experience in Paid Social media buying</strong> (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).</li> <li>Are <strong>extremely data-driven</strong>, with the analytical horsepower to solve problems using data and uncover performance trends. You approach problems with first-principles thinking and a sharp strategic lens.</li> <li>Are <strong>creative, with strong instincts</strong> for what does and doesn’t work in paid ads.</li> <li>Are an <strong>exceptionally fast learner</strong> who ramps up quickly in unfamiliar domains. You’re naturally curious and don’t need much direction to get moving.</li> <li>Are a <strong>collaborative problem-solver</strong> who communicates clearly and works well across disciplines—including creative, technical, and analytical stakeholders.</li> <li>Are <strong>detail-oriented and methodical</strong>, whether it’s structuring a test, reviewing data, or QAing a system. You sweat the small stuff because it matters.</li> <li>Are <strong>scrappy, action-oriented, and self-motivated</strong>.
