You’ll own how Nothing shows up online in the Middle East—<strong>localizing global narratives, hacking cultural trends, and building digital moments that the region can’t stop talking about</strong>.</p> <p>This role is for someone who lives and breathes social: plugged into Arabic internet culture, fluent across platforms, and always a step ahead of trends. You’ll balance <strong>fast-reacting, viral content</strong> with <strong>elevated, brand-aligned storytelling</strong>, ensuring Nothing feels both disruptive and premium in the region.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>Social Strategy &amp; Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and execute <strong>Nothing’s GCC social media strategy</strong> across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.</li> <li>Adapt and <strong>localize global narratives</strong> into content that resonates with Arabic-speaking audiences.</li> <li>Plan and manage an <strong>always-on content calendar</strong>, blending proactive brand storytelling with <strong>reactive cultural moments</strong>.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Trendspotting &amp; Content Creation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Spot, shape, and ride trends before they peak—across Arabic and English digital spaces.</li> <li>Create and commission <strong>native, thumb-stopping content</strong> that feels alive in-feed while staying true to Nothing’s bold design language.</li> <li>Partner with creators, influencers, and communities across the GCC to co-create culturally relevant moments.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Cross-Functional Work</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with global social, creative, and campaign teams to ensure consistency while injecting <strong>regional nuance</strong>.</li> <li>Collaborate with PR, community, and influencer teams to connect social into the <strong>broader regional brand ecosystem</strong>.</li> <li>Serve as the GCC’s <strong>social pulse-check</strong>—bringing back insights and learnings to global teams.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Analytics &amp; Optimization</strong></p> <ul> <li>Track and report performance obsessively—<strong>define KPIs, monitor analytics, and optimize</strong> content based on real-time signals.</li> <li>Experiment constantly with formats, captions, hooks, and timing—scaling what works, killing what doesn’t.</li> <li>Use insights to refine strategy and feed back into campaign planning.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>5–7 years of social media experience</strong>, ideally with fast-moving <strong>digital-first B2C brands</strong> in tech, fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture.</li> <li><strong>Fluency in Arabic and English</strong> (written &amp; spoken) is a must.</li> <li>Deep understanding of <strong>GCC digital culture</strong>: memes, influencers, subcultures, regional humor, and platform behaviors.</li> <li>Proven track record of creating content that <strong>drives engagement, virality, and cultural conversation</strong>.</li> <li>Sharp visual sensibility—you know how to make design-forward content pop on feed.</li> <li>Highly <strong>data-driven and experiment-minded</strong>, with comfort in analytics tools and performance dashboards.</li> <li>Fast executor—able to go from idea to post in hours, not days.</li> <li>Strategic yet creative—you understand that <strong>cultural impact must tie back to business impact</strong>.</li> <li>Strong collaborator, able to work seamlessly with <strong>global HQ and local partners</strong>.</li> </ul><div><div> <h3><strong><span>About Nothing</span></strong></h3> <div><span>Founded in London in 2020, Nothing is a design-led tech company building an alternative to the industry giants.
