About the Role As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and scale digital health initiatives while facilitating high-performing Agile delivery teams. In this role, you’ll be both a strategic project leader and a hands-on Scrum Master, helping to drive complex healthcare software projects from concept through delivery.   You Will <ul> <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital healthcare projects involving multiple internal and external teams.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, engineering, product, marketing &amp; brand, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.</li> <li>Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.</li> <li>Oversee dependencies across interconnected projects and products.</li> <li>Deliver executive-level dashboards, status reports, and performance insights.</li> <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.</li> <li>Mentor Agile teams (iOS, Android, Backend/API, QA) and promote Agile best practices.</li> <li>Partner with product owners and engineering leads to align execution with strategic goals.</li> <li>Track and report on Agile delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint progress).</li> <li>Proactively identify and remove blockers to keep teams focused and efficient.</li> <li>Champion product quality through strong support of QA and testing cycles.</li> <li>Foster cross-team collaboration and maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> About You If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by leading impactful digital healthcare projects and empowering Agile teams, this role may be for you! The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience and training, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and location, among others.</li> </ul> <li>Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package</li> <ul> <li>Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package.
