As a Customer Experience Project Manager at Ridgeline, you will lead end-to-end implementations of our enterprise cloud software for investment management clients. The impact you have: <ul> <li> Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver enterprise software implementations on time and within scope </li> <li> Define project plans, manage budgets, and set clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders </li> <li> Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful client outcomes </li> <li> Provide hands-on leadership and step into key tasks to unblock progress and maintain project momentum </li> <li> Communicate proactively and transparently, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed </li> <li> Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to prevent issues from escalating </li> <li> Build lasting relationships with client stakeholders, fostering trust and long-term engagement </li> <li> Contribute to continuous improvement of project management methodologies and internal best practices </li> <li> Embody Ridgeline’s values through your actions, resilience, and commitment to customer success </li> </ul> What we look for: <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field </li> <li> 5+ years of experience leading investment management software implementations in a customer-facing role </li> <li> Deep knowledge of investment management operations, systems, and workflows (e.g., portfolio accounting, trading, reconciliation, reporting) </li> <li> Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups </li> <li> Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment </li> <li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders </li> <li> Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and solving customer problems creatively </li> <li> U.S. work authorization without the need for employer sponsorship </li> </ul> Bonus: <ul> <li> Familiarity with Agile principles and software development lifecycles </li> <li> Experience with tools like Slack, JIRA/Confluence, Mavenlink, Google Workspace, and/or MS Office </li> <li> Basic understanding of AWS, APIs, and serverless technology </li> <li> Project Management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 </li> </ul> About Ridgeline Ridgeline is the industry cloud platform for investment management.
