We’re seeking experienced sales professionals that are not only driven to succeed but align with our values and culture.  About the role:  The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for partner relationships and revenue in their assigned territory and is responsible for building and growing successful Nintex partner practices with differentiated value propositions centered on Process Management &amp; Automation. The objectives are to win new logo business and grow existing joint customers. The roles challenge and excitement will be to help the partners located in your territory continue to leverage our current portfolio and educate them on how to sell new features as they are brought to market.  Your contribution will be:   <ul> <li>Attain targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining accurate, data-driven forecasts. </li> <li>Grow partner pipeline: Build and execute joint business plans; drive MoM pipeline growth through opportunity creation, partner lead qualification, and disciplined follow-up. </li> <li>Plan &amp; market with partners: Co-develop and run GTM motions (campaigns, webinars, events, MDF) with clear goals and ROI. </li> <li>Be the Nintex expert: Translate Nintex’s Intelligent Process Automation capabilities into concrete business outcomes for customers and partner services. </li> <li>Craft joint value propositions: Align to each partner’s strengths and define winning strategies centered on IPA use cases. </li> <li>Build the ecosystem: Recruit, onboard, train, and coach partners; manage relationships and quarterly business reviews to ensure execution. </li> <li>Close the feedback loop: Capture partner needs and communicate program requirements to the Partner Program Manager; help evolve benefits, incentives, and guardrails. </li> <li>Stay product-current: Collaborate with Product/PMM on current and upcoming releases; plan enablement and program adjustments ahead of changes. </li> <li>Operate with rigor: Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce, ensure deal registration accuracy, and escalate/clear roadblocks quickly. </li> </ul> To be successful, we think you need:   <ul> <li>5+ years of channel sales experience, ideally in a SaaS company operating in the U.S. Public Sector market  </li> <li>A proven record of over-achievement  </li> <li>Strong business development and relationship management skills  </li> <li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time  </li> <li>Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline </li> </ul> What’s in it for you?  Nintex has a hybrid working model, enabling us to build culture, learn, and grow together. The annual on-target earning range for this Partner Account Manager position is [$175,000 - $200,000]. Pay within this range is determined by location, experience, skills, and qualifications. A portion of this salary range may be structured as variable compensation, with earnings based on factors such as individual performance, company performance, and achievement of specific metrics and objectives. Total compensation also includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid Global Gratitude &amp; Recharge Days, paid volunteer time off, and more.
