You will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems. </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>As a Partner Account Manager, you will help us grow the pipeline and revenue through our Channel partners and Agencies (also defined as System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms etc).   </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>Your leadership &amp; knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.</span></div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><b>Partner Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:</b></li><li>Identify, recruit, and onboard new Salesforce Channel Partners (or System Integrators) that align with our strategic objectives and target markets.</li><li>Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs to ensure rapid ramp-up and productivity.</li><li>Educate partners on Aircalls products, services, value proposition, and sales processes.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Partner Relationship Management:</b></li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting  relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing their needs, challenges, and opportunities.</li><li>Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop joint action plans.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Revenue Generation &amp; Sales Enablement:</b></li><li>Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon revenue targets.</li><li>Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to partners, including product updates, competitive intelligence, and sales collateral.</li><li>Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners.</li><li>Track and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline, closed deals, and revenue attribution.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Forecasting &amp; Reporting:</b></li><li>Accurately forecast partner sales and contribute to overall company revenue projections.</li><li>Provide regular reports on partner performance, activities, and market insights to management.</li><div><br /></div><li><b>Program Development &amp; Optimization:</b></li><li>Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program, including policies, incentives, and marketing initiatives.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in channel management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Confident Communicator. Languages: Native German language, English fluent. </li><li>You have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment. </li><li>You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology</li><li>Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li><br /></li><li><b>Entrepreneurial mindset </b>to establish and grow our presence in the DACH market, demonstrating autonomy.</li><li><b>Analytically Minded:</b> Driven to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
