Come share, grow and learn with us – you’ll be challenged, you’ll have fun and you’ll be part of a fast growing, highly respected organization  How will you make an impact? <ul> <li>Participate as a scrum team member in product development ceremonies.</li> <li>Understand software design &amp; evaluate features w.r.t to defined architecture &amp; NICE core strategies.</li> <li>Understand the product stories, requirements, needs &amp; expectations.</li> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for enterprise-grade software applications on demand.</li> <li>Design, implement and execute software test cases for enterprise-grade software, cloud &amp; web-based applications.</li> <li>Contribute to the design and implementation of the test automation framework to ensure scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.</li> <li>Conduct feature risk assessment &amp; prepare PRA with peer review, for respective stories.</li> <li>Discover &amp; automate test cases for new product features &amp; customer issues on demand.</li> <li>Automate test cases from Test suite backlog.</li> <li>Participate in Performance &amp; Load testing of deliverables.</li> <li>Participate in customer issues &amp; QA of hotfixes &amp; patches.</li> <li>Join manual testing efforts as needed to ensure comprehensive test coverage.</li> <li>Engage in feature regression planning &amp; actively participate in QA of feature release.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation related to test scripts, test data, and automated testing processes.</li> <li>Own E2E delivery of features with documentation &amp; verification.</li> <li>Collaborate &amp; work with core team individuals to achieve capabilities as a scrum team.</li> <li>Interface with various R&amp;D groups and with support tiers.</li> <li>Stay up to date with latest Azure &amp; K8s trends &amp; best practices.</li> </ul> Have you got what it takes? <ul> <li>Degree in Computer Science Engineering or from similar background.</li> <li>4-7 years of experience working in the software industry as a QA &amp; fundamental understanding of Quality Assurance.</li> <li>An inherent interest in software development and an internal drive to guard the quality of our releases.</li> <li>Sound experience in test automation for enterprise grade software applications using Selenium, TestNG.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in Java / C#.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with API Integration testing using Postman / RestAssured.</li> <li>Exposure to SQL &amp; database verification.</li> <li>Hand-on experience with the design and execution of test plans and test cases for complex server applications.</li> <li>Hands-on with Test Management tools like TestLink and X-Ray.</li> <li>Experience with testing public cloud infrastructures and technologies, preferably Azure.</li> <li>Experience of using Azure, VMWare lab servers for deployment &amp; functional testing.</li> <li>Well established technical problem-solving, troubleshooting &amp; RCA skills.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills &amp; ability to influence others, especially in sensitive or complex situations.</li> <li>Experience working with Agile/SCRUM software development methodology.</li> <li>Ability to work in complex N-tier architecture projects with a can-do attitude.</li> <li>Proven experience in operating within a global environment.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li> </ul> You will have an advantage if you also have: <ul> <li>Script programming for Windows using Powershell (preferrable) or Linux using Bash.</li> <li>Experience in testing cloud-native applications &amp; knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker.</li> <li>Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.</li> <li>Experience in evaluating performance, availability, and scalability of systems.</li> <li>Experience working with Git, Bamboo, Confluence.</li> <li>Experience in and knowledge of Enterprise Unified Communications Infrastructures (such as Teams, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.</li> </ul> What’s in it for you?
