We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will lead day-to-day support operations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure optimal performance of our internal IT infrastructure and services.<p></p><p></p><div><div><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities </span></b></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide </span>Level 2 and Level 3<span> support for end-users across hardware, software, and network </span><span>and AV equipment </span><span>issues.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment</span><span>. </span><span>Oversee software deployments, security patches, and updates.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage and maintain company-wide </span>Windows, macOS, and Linux<span> systems.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Administer and support </span>Active Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS</span><span><span>, and other core enterprise applications.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>M</span><span>aintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure security best practices, antivirus, and endpoint protection are enforced.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior IT support staff.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams on cross-functional projects.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Participate in IT audits, compliance checks, and business continuity planning.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Proactively </span><span>contributes</span><span> to self-help knowledge bases and documents typical requests and incidents, resolutions, and workaround</span><span> </span><span>procedures.
