Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work towards our goal of a fully automated, world-class deployment pipeline</li><li>Enable teams to take ownership of their entire SDLC, from code to customer</li><li>Collaborate with your fellow engineers to make new code available to our customers quickly and reliably</li><li>Assist with deployment cycle tasks and find reliable ways to automate them going forward</li><li>Develop and manage AWS cloud infrastructure</li><li>Perform server administration using Windows and Linux command-line tools for system troubleshooting and maintenance</li><li>Own the tools and environments critical to a successful engineering organization</li><li>Discover, design, create and support the next generation of tools that will accelerate our development processes for years to come</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>5+ years of software engineering experience</li><li>Experience automating builds and deployments</li><li>Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and services (S3, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SNS, EC2, ECS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with tools such as or similar to PowerShell/Bash Scripting, TeamCity, AWS Code Pipelines, GitHub Actions and/or Octopus Deploy</li><li>Experience with GitHub – version control, GIT commands, branching strategies and workflows</li><li>Experience with Infrastructure as Cod (IaC) tools; CloudFormation and/or Terraform preferred</li><li>Experience supporting and developing enterprise software that exceeds the industry standards for security, accessibility and user experience</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment and attitude to focus on team specific goals and objectives</li><li>Ability to drive results through your job competencies of delivery pipeline management, software testing and strategic alignment</li><li>Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust</li></ul>Our side of the deal: We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals. <ul><li>Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.</li><li>The starting pay for this role is 2,156,000 INR with 5% MBO</li><li>Pay progression based on your performance. </li></ul>We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
