Our team plays a vital role in our customers success by building services that support Bookkeeping, Cash Flow, Checking, and Charge Cards. A key focus area is delivering a seamless and intuitive mobile experience, which serves as a primary touchpoint for many of our customers. YOU WILL:  <ul> <li>Keep your skills relevant for the future by leveraging best in class tech stacks, code pairing, cross functional project opportunities, and courses that help build your business acumen. </li> <li>Creating trustworthy and intuitive user experiences by building interfaces that are simple, easy to comprehend, performant, and reliable using modern technologies like Flutter, NodeJS, gRPC, and Apollo GraphQL.</li> <li>Producing unit and end-to-end tests so that we are continually improving code quality and maximizing code coverage for new and existing features.</li> <li>Owning and ideating on technical solutions for product requirements and user stories with minimal supervision.</li> <li>Communicating engineering concepts and efforts cross functionally with: product, marketing, operations, senior leaders, sales and business development, legal, and compliance.</li> <li>Owning and driving high-level features from planning through implementation.  You are involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, and constantly solving complex technical/business problems.</li> <li>Working cross functionally to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver solutions needed to build innovative and disruptive products.</li> <li>Deliver quality CI/CD for release and deployment of the application</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE:  <ul> <li>Strong background working in and releasing a Flutter application to production</li> <li>At least 2 years of professional experience with Flutter</li> <li>At least 5+ years of professional experience as a software developer</li> <li>Value writing tests as part of the development process</li> <li>Experience with native mobile development (iOS or Android)</li> <li>Experience implementing native SDKs with Flutter</li> <li>Worked in a team environment and mentored other developers (or has the passion for mentorship)</li> <li>Strong understanding of the capabilities of critical third party products, such as Firebase, Auth0, AWS, Google Map, etc.</li> <li>Experience with CI/CD bonus if you’re familiar with Gitlab CI</li> </ul>   More about Nav Inclusion at Nav: At Nav, we celebrate what makes our employees unique because the businesses we serve are progressively diverse and distinctly original.
