The Business Support Specialist is a pivotal member of the Data &amp; Info Tech organizations and will operate as the main point of contact for Sales, Partners, and Customer Success employees. Youll be responsible for resolving or elevating all internal business systems and process inquiries. Youll work cross-functionally with BizOps, Billing, Finance, as well as with R&amp;D to coordinate and drive the resolution of both technical and procedural issues. In addition, you will be continuously improving processes to minimize repeating issues.<ul><li>Act as a primary point of contact to sales, customer success, and partner teams.</li><li>Resolve all internal system-related tickets.</li><li>Escalate bugs to technical teams</li><li>Create processes/policies where applicable.</li><li>Document and maintain all processes into the team’s KB.</li><li>Have a great understanding of the organization, and direct requesters to the right resource as fast as possible.</li><li>Challenge every ad-hoc solution, and pursue the relevant teams to implement permanent solutions.</li><li>Adhere to the team’s KPIs, from SLOs to all quality of work measurements.</li></ul><ul><li>3- 5 years experience in client-facing roles preferably working on tickets.</li><li>Business acumen and understanding of the sales process.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li><li>Fast and independent learner.</li><li>Analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to quickly adapt to a continuously changing environment.</li><li>Effectively work with cross-functional remote and local teams.</li><li>Experience in SaaS environments is a plus</li><li>SalesForce knowledge is a plus</li></ul>For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $88,000-$105,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
