Join our Szeged Team and advance your career as an Business Support Junior Specialist – Retail Operations- German SpeakingThe role holder will be responsible for supporting customer care activities and ensuring the smooth handling of financial, contractual, and compliance-related processes that underpin the operation of bp’s/Aral’s company-owned and dealer-operated service stations. By managing billing, vendor setup, and contractual obligations, you will safeguard operational continuity and compliance while enabling our retail network to run efficiently. Your contribution directly supports bp’s/Aral’s strategy of operational excellence, robust governance, and disciplined financial management.In this role You will: <ul><li>Ensure Customer Careline Support: Handling of careline/social media service provider inquiries, temporary processing of fuel complaints, support in litigation procedures with external and internal lawyers, and drafting of text modules for careline/social media service providers.</li><li>Energy cost management: Booking of electricity invoices for retail stations as well as registration and de-registration of electricity meters, depending on decap/NTIs.</li><li>Compliance &amp; controls: Execution of Counterparty Due Diligence checks for new retail sites as well as ongoing controls for existing partners, in line with internal requirements.</li><li>Financial administration: Handling of fuel sales/purchases of residual volumes during service station takeovers or transfers. Preparation of the purchase agreement. Processing of payments in SAP. Monitoring of incoming transfers.</li><li>Accounting &amp; payments: Creation of POs and approval of LEBs after review, booking of non-PO invoices, and administration of pension contributions for service station partners.
