<div>We are seeking a <b>Contract Senior Technical Recruiter</b> to join our dynamic Talent team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience sourcing and hiring high-caliber technical talent across various disciplines, such as software engineering, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal for managing senior-level searches, engaging with VP+ and C-suite stakeholders, and building effective partnerships across the Tech and People organizations. You will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of our teams at Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. </b></div><h3>What Youll Do:</h3><ul><li><b>Full-Cycle Recruitment</b> | Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance. Lead and implement innovative recruitment strategies and develop targeted outreach plans to identify and attract exceptional technical talent.</li><li><b>Talent Sourcing &amp; Diversity</b> | Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, AI-driven approaches, and niche job platforms, to proactively build talent pipelines. Champion and embed diversity-focused sourcing strategies to attract and engage a diverse candidate pool, ensuring inclusive hiring practices that align with our commitment to building a diverse workforce. </li><li><b>Stakeholder Management &amp; Team Collaboration</b> | Engage and build relationships with stakeholders across the Tech org, including VP+ and C-suite leadership. Adopt a consultative approach and provide expert guidance to hiring managers and other key stakeholders. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the People and Talent teams.</li><li><b>Process Design &amp; Optimization</b> | Design and own structured, competency-based interview practices and refine processes to optimize candidate experience and recruiting impact. </li><li><b>Data-Driven Insights</b> | Analyze recruiting metrics, including pipeline and sourcing conversion rates, to identify roadblocks and develop strategic solutions. Use these insights to engage stakeholders and drive improvements in the hiring process.</li></ul><h3>What You’ll Bring to the Team:</h3><ul><li><b>Experience</b> | 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience. Subject-matter expertise in Software Engineering, Mobile (iOS), Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. Our ideal candidate has experience and thrives in scaling startups or high-growth companies with evolving processes.</li><li><b>Strong Stakeholder Management</b> | Proven ability to effectively partner with, guide, and coach hiring managers, interviewers, and other key stakeholders. Experience working closely with senior leadership and People Partners.</li><li><b>Sourcing Expertise</b> | Expert-level sourcing capabilities using creative, multi-platform strategies.</li><li><b>Communication Skills</b> | Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.</li><li><b>Process Design &amp; Ownership</b> | Deep understanding of structured interview processes, competency-based evaluations, and recruitment process optimization. Proven experience successfully driving and implementing these practices.</li><li><b>Diversity and Inclusion</b> | Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.</li><li><b>Analytical Mindset</b> | Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to assess and improve recruitment processes.</li></ul><div>The hourly rate for new hires in this position is $80-$89. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.</div>
