Come join us for a whale of a ride!As a Senior Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract, you’ll play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams by finding top-tier talent across the globe. We’re looking for someone who is strategic, resourceful, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate experience while delivering results in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering and product to understand hiring goals and build scalable recruiting strategies</li><li>Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing to closing</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines across critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with top candidates</li><li>Guide hiring teams through effective, inclusive interview processes and ensure alignment throughout</li><li>Provide clear, data-driven updates and insights to stakeholders on candidate pipelines and recruiting performance</li><li>Drive exceptional candidate experience through thoughtful communication and engagement</li><li>Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives in a collaborative, remotely distributed team environment</li></ul><h1>What You’ll Bring</h1><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments</li><li>Proven success hiring engineering, product, and other technical roles at all levels</li><li>Demonstrated success sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent across multiple countries and time zones</li><li>Deep sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies</li><li>Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to drive hiring outcomes collaboratively</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic asynchronous environment</li></ul><h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Experience with Ashby (ATS) or similar recruiting systems (bonus for AI tools)</li><li>Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices</li><li>Prior experience supporting hiring in a globally distributed company</li></ul> We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT.
