You will report to our Head of Bookkeeping &amp; Payroll Controller. <h2>In this role youll</h2> <ul> <li>Be the main focal point of all financial processes within the business unit</li> <li>Manage Service Provider payments via an internal system</li> <li>Process credit card receipts</li> <li>Track bank account balance and perform bank reconciliation</li> <li>Manage accruals, fixed assets, and prepaid expenses</li> <li>Manage travel reports and reimbursement of personal expenses</li> <li>Take part of the Finance team daily tasks and processes</li> <li>Communication with other departments on financial processes</li> <li>Support in End-Of-Month closing</li> </ul> <h2>What Were Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Bookkeeper type 3 Certificate </li> <li>1+ years experience of booking in global high-tech companies</li> <li>Experience with Netsuite ERP software - Must</li> <li>Strong verbal and written English</li> <li>Organized, efficient and detail-oriented</li> <li>Honest, trustworthy, and a team player</li> </ul> </div>
