Monitoring contracts and agreements with vendors, consultants, banks, tenants, contractors, municipalities, etc.</div><div>2. Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue tracking.</div><div>3. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis.</div><div>4. Manage data entry and oversee bank reconciliation process.</div><div>5. Gather data for the preparation of monthly reports to track company financials.</div><div>6. Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents.</div><div>7. Maintain strict confidentiality of company books and records.</div><div>8.
