Though Mews remains remote-first, we’re looking for team members who want to develop their careers in a collaborative, in-person environment, learning with their teammates in the office at least 3 days a week. <h4>We’re looking for a sales professional who is: </h4> Relentlessly driven – You have a strong internal drive to achieve results and go beyond targets, treating sales goals as a baseline, not a ceiling.  Strategic and data-focused – You think critically about your pipeline, leverage insights, and adjust your approach based on performance data.  A problem solver by nature – You identify obstacles early, adjust your strategy, and focus on solutions that keep deals moving forward.  Comfortable with change – You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where agility and adaptability are essential.  An expert at stakeholder engagement – You understand how to navigate multiple decision-makers, tailor messaging, and create alignment across personas.  Always learning and improving – You proactively seek knowledge, refine your sales techniques, and continuously optimize your approach.  What You’ll Be Doing:  <ul> <li>At Mews, sales success is built on execution, discipline, and adaptability. Here’s what a productive week might look like: </li> <li>Owning your pipeline – at least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound efforts. </li> <li>Hosting 2+ high-impact demos per day, positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers. </li> <li>Managing a pipeline to consistently close $400k+ ARR per year, with deals averaging $5k+ in value. </li> <li>Making 100+ outbound activities per week, sparking conversations, qualifying prospects, and generating momentum. </li> <li>Executing account-based sales strategies, using storytelling and value-driven selling to move deals forward. </li> <li>Influencing multiple buyer personas, from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders, tailoring your messaging to each. </li> <li>Proactively iterating on your sales strategy, using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning. </li> <li>Delivering impact under pressure—Mews moves fast, and so should you. </li> </ul> <h4>Who You Are: </h4> You’ll be a great fit if you:  <ul> <li>Have a proven track record of exceeding $280k+ ARR quotas, with ownership over outbound pipeline generation. </li> <li>Have consistently closed deals averaging $5k+ in value, in a multi-step but fast-paced sales cycle. </li> <li>Can engage, influence, and close multi-stakeholder deals, tailoring your approach to different personas. </li> <li>Comfortable traveling within your territory. </li> <li>Are fluent in English. </li> <li>Are comfortable with data-driven sales execution, leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance. </li> <li>Are naturally curious and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving mindset. </li> <li>Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-velocity sales environment, where ambiguity is an opportunity, not a blocker.</li> </ul> Here is an introductory <a href="https://www.loom.com/share/4463ffc1d11840ac888c40a4b423658e">video</a> sharing more into who we are and what the role entails.  The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is up to $127,000, which is uncapped and includes separate equity compensation. Achievement above quota includes accelerators that will increase OTE. The starting wage will vary based on several factors, including the candidate’s skills and experience.
