About this Position We are seeking a proactive Account Executive to drive the acquisition of new clients for Net at Work’s ERP Practice, focusing on selling Oracle NetSuite solutions and related services. Your primary goal will be to grow new sales revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the NetSuite practice team, including practice directors, consulting managers, and solution engineers, to ensure a smooth and successful sales process. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively prospect and generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and engaging with both new prospects and existing clients to build a robust sales pipeline.</li><li>Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through contract negotiation and deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.</li><li>Participate actively in product demonstrations alongside Solution Engineers (SEs) to highlight the benefits and capabilities of Oracle NetSuite, ensuring prospects understand how the solution can address their business needs.</li><li>Collaborate with SEs to conduct thorough discovery sessions, uncover detailed ERP requirements, and identify key business challenges for companies evaluating Oracle NetSuite solutions.</li><li>Develop tailored presentations and strategies that align with the prospect’s specific business goals, positioning Oracle NetSuite as the optimal solution for their needs.</li><li>Build strong internal partnerships with Business Unit Leaders, strategizing on how Oracle NetSuite can drive growth and success across key business areas (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.).</li><li>Maintain CRM accuracy by meticulously tracking opportunities, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts to ensure up-to-date reporting and pipeline visibility.</li></ul> Job Requirements<ul><li>6+ years of recent experience with mid-market ERP solutions, demonstrating deep industry knowledge and expertise.</li><li>Proactive self-starter who thrives working independently, while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Proven experience in consultative selling, with the ability to challenge businesses to think strategically and adopt new perspectives.</li><li>Ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution across the sales cycle.</li><li>A consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas, showcasing strong performance and results-driven mentality.</li><li>Demonstrated success in developing new business, managing complex sales cycles, and nurturing leads from initial outreach through deal closure.</li><li>Logical and analytical thinker with a strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate complex ERP solutions.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.</li><li>Highly motivated, professional, and equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. </li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Energy/Drive – Exhibits energy, strong desire to achieve, high dedication level.</li><li>Tenacity- Driven to progress prospects through the sales cycle and close the deal.</li><li>Customer Focused- Monitors client satisfaction, establishes partner relationship with clients. Focuses on key priorities.</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $75,000 to $120,000.
