Our capabilities include digital transformation, software development, cloud migration, applications &amp; infrastructure, cybersecurity, data delivery &amp; analytics, and IT talent solutions.</p> <p> </p></div><p>M9 Solutions is seeking a <strong>Data Scientist </strong>to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.     </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish advanced analysis and data visualization methodologies, models, and tools to derive intelligence outcomes and impacts.</li> <li>Design and deliver infographics across a range of media platforms.</li> <li>Identify and process raw data, trends, analysis, and assessments in order to aggregate disparate information, leveraging both analytic and visualization tools.</li> <li>Leverage knowledge of databases and methodologies to determine appropriate sources, determine indicators and relationships, and generate intelligence support packages.</li> <li>Provide tailored communications to innovation stakeholders in meetings, demos, and other customer engagements, as well as support analytic innovation, development, and data analytics activities to customers and stakeholders.</li> <li>Brief customers on assessments and prepare briefings based on finished analysis, including preparing daily briefings for senior policy and operational decision makers.</li> <li>Develop machine learning models with attention to model accuracy.</li> <li>Draft technical methodologies and participate in architectural reviews.</li> <li>Document processes and solutions that serve as communication findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills and Qualifications</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI security clearance.</li> <li>4 – 6+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2 – 4+ years of experience with a master’s degree.</li> <li>4+ years of experience in computer science, data science, data analytics.</li> <li>Experience executing data science methods using Python libraries for Data Cleaning/Wrangling, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python.</li> <li>Agile development experience along with related technologies (e.g., Jira).</li> <li>Ability, openness, and eagerness to learn.</li> <li>Skills: <ul> <li>Data Analytics</li> <li>Data Science</li> <li>Data Visualization</li> <li>GitLab</li> <li>Jupyter Notebooks</li> <li>Python and R Studio</li> </ul> </li> </ul><div><div><div><p></p> <p><strong>Full-Time Employee Compensation</strong></p> <ul> <li>M9 Solutions’ pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
