As an early member of our data team, you will help structure our data to help generate meaningful insights that drive our business decisions, as well as directly improve our product and help behavioral health clinics grow faster.</span></div><h3>What you’ll do:</h3><ul><li>Become Camber’s internal expert on our data, helping define what Juniper’s critical metrics are and driving alignment across the organization as to what those metrics mean</li><li>Derive insights from our data around how to improve our insurance interactions, and drive those insights to impact, whether that be improving data quality or working with other teams to enhance our product</li><li>Build trust in our data and create a data driven culture, such that internal team members regularly turn to analytics first when making decisions</li><li>Help each function define, create, and maintain their first set of dashboards, and drive adoption by encouraging regular dashboard reviews</li><li>Create tools to help internal team members interact with data themselves</li><li>Identify further use cases for data across the organization (e.g., working with finance around operational metrics, helping inform the OKR process)</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>5+ years professional experience in data analysis, data science, and data engineering involving SQL, with a particular focus on modeling data effectively </li><li>Ability to build trust with our operations and engineering teams by quickly creating alignment and demonstrating competency: the team should feel daily that you’re making their jobs easier better through data</li><li>Someone who loves working in ambiguous settings, and can drive to clarity despite data quality issues</li><li>Passion for improving lives through behavioral health</li></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</h3><ul><li><b>Competitive comp</b>: $165,000 - $180,000 a year + stock options</li><li><b>Insurance:</b> We cover 100% of the premium for an Aetna national plan, as well as dental and vision coverage.</li><li><b>Wellness</b>: If you see a therapist who’s out of network we’ll reimburse up to $100/week.
