Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence.</div>About the Demand team:  We are seeking a Account Director to join our Demand team with a focus on growing advertiser spend, expanding our Demand team, and collaborating with our broader commercial organization to drive product and creative innovation. The Demand team plays a crucial role in our companys revenue, and your responsibility will be to enhance team growth and foster valuable advertiser partnerships. Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Work with the Head of Demand and Regional Demand Leads to drive our advertiser growth strategy, report internally on advertiser performance wins and challenges.</li> <li>Expertly manage and grow a portfolio of mobile advertisers, define their strategies, and align internal resources to execute on their goals</li> <li>Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business.</li> <li>Be fully responsible for growing revenue from mature and emerging advertisers.</li> <li>Engage in daily contact with key clients, attend meetings together with reports and cross-functional team members.</li> <li>Lead customer facing communication for performance updates incl. QBRs &amp; other strategic meetings</li> <li>Strategically partner with Core operations teams (Operations, Creative) implement growth strategy, formulate revenue driving initiatives, experiments and optimisations to meet client needs.</li> <li>Initiate performance investigations and work with Operations teams to resolve those and communicate any findings back to the client</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams (Supply, Legal, and Finance) to lead investment and legal approvals/renewals, structuring deals that maximize revenue for all constituents and entice clients to work with us.</li> <li>Synthesize customer feedback and help inform the product roadmap.</li> <li>Be a self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail.</li> <li>Identify key areas of revenue opportunity in the industry and within the region.</li> <li>Attend industry events to evangelize Liftoff and our technology.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, ad operations, and other internal and external partners</li> <li>Ongoing customer communication and relationship-building efforts</li> <li>Impact the processes and functions of the Account Management organization</li> <li>Knowledge sharing with the Account Management group in order to increase success and expertise of the collective team</li> <li>Serve as a positive role model for the Account Management organization</li> <li>Showcase expert knowledge of the Liftoff product and employ creative solutions to help our customers succeed</li> </ul> Requirements:  <ul> <li>6+ years of client-facing experience in a new business sales or sales account management role, experience with Enterprise-level clients is a plus. Ideally 2+ years of direct mobile ad-tech experience</li> <li>Experience working with high-opportunity accounts, ideally $5M+/quarter</li> <li>An ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make an immediate impact.</li> <li>Strong negotiation/influencing skills with an ability to persuade at the executive management level using an analytical approach to problem solving.</li> <li>A strong understanding of data analysis and visualization.</li> <li>Expert level client facing skills; explaining difficult technical concepts, negotiation and strategic direction</li> <li>Organization and project management skills, creative solution-seeking skills</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management when working with clients and internal teams</li> <li>Ability to autonomously and effectively collaborate with and rally multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve account needs</li> <li>Ability to ideate solutions with broader impact (product and org-improving ideas), end-to-end run to ground, motivate and manage key stakeholders</li> <li>A strong relationship builder with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, management and other internal teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with advertising technology platforms, ad networks, programmatic buying, or similar digital advertising tools and methodologies.</li> <li>Proven ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome challenges effectively.</li> <li>Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets or revenue goals consistently.</li> <li>Comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team.</li> <li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for internal and business engagements</li> <li>BS / BA required - analytical degree preferred</li> <li>Nice to have: Experience coaching and training of new/lower-level employees (nice to have)</li> </ul> <hr /> Location: This role is eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, and WA. Compensation: Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. This is an individual contributor role in our Revenue organization; compensation is comprised of base and variable.
