This position works hands on with engineering, product, marketing and design to define and execute the product roadmap. You are a senior leader with significant experience and expertise in program management, often managing or mentoring junior team members and influencing stakeholders at all levels.</p> <p>The Canada-based salary range for this position is $167,500 CAD to $217,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individuals background and experience in determining final salary and level - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Leading complex, cross-functional programs:</strong> Managing programs that involve multiple teams and departments, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. </li> <li><strong>Ensuring alignment with organizational goals:</strong> Ensuring projects align with overarching objectives and key results. </li> <li><strong>Driving project execution:</strong> Managing project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery. </li> <li><strong>Streamlining processes:</strong> Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. </li> <li><strong>Cross-functional alignment:</strong> Facilitating communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. </li> <li><strong>Risk management:</strong> Identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. </li> <li><strong>Mentoring and development</strong>: Guiding and mentoring more junior team members in project management best practices. </li> <li><strong>Influencing stakeholders:</strong> Effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. </li> <li><strong>Deep technical expertise:</strong> Having a strong understanding of the relevant technical domain and being able to make informed decisions about technical trade-offs. </li> <li><strong>Problem-solving:</strong> Identifying and resolving complex technical and organizational challenges. </li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Translate complex data into actionable insights and document decision making as well as thought process.</li> <li><strong>Metric &amp; KPI Reporting:</strong> Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for growth initiatives.
