What youll be doing: <ul> <li>Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking;</li> <li>Screen and evaluate candidates skills through interviews and assessments;</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Success representatives to source developers for specific projects; </li> <li>Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from initial outreach to CV polishing and onboarding; </li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics in our ATS;</li> <li>Keep up with industry trends and propose improved sourcing and recruitment strategies;</li> <li>Join and take part in creating activities such as educational digests, team retrospectives, and learning workshops. </li> </ul> What were looking for: <ul> <li>Advanced English, both written and spoken;</li> <li>Knowledge of remote hiring best practices; </li> <li>Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms;</li> <li>Comfortable with evening working hours;</li> <li>Understanding of the software development process, familiarity with the most popular programming languages, and frameworks;</li> <li>Have a natural curiosity about people, business and the world; </li> <li>Easy to get along with people, enjoy effective and up-to-the-point communication;</li> <li>Proactive and organized — you can juggle several roles without breaking a sweat;</li> <li>Flexible mindset — you’re cool with adjusting scripts and approaches as the market shifts;</li> <li>Clear and healthy communication. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Experience in IT recruitment or technical support, 1+ years;</li> <li>Prior experience working in a startup environment would be nice;</li> <li>Any IT course certificates.
