Your responsibilities will include establishing and nurturing sustainable talent pipelines, as well as attracting top-tier talent and fostering diversity across all  organizational levels.<ul><li>You will partner with the local leaders to understand the strategic growth plans to successfully deliver recruitment strategies, while ensuring a positive experience for our candidates and hiring teams</li><li>You will utilize market intelligence data to develop robust recruitment strategies tailored to each location in both experienced and early career roles</li><li>You will be responsible for driving activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts to increase the number of quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, early careers etc.</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends.</li><li>You will support in implementing Talent Acquisition related tools and optimizing processes and keep track of talent market trends and competitors’ measures</li></ul>As you grow in your role you will:<ul><li>Lead a team of recruiters and sourcers (based regionally) to deliver exceptional results through a collaborative leadership style that both inspires and motivates</li><li>Lead and mentor more junior team members</li></ul>Additional information:This role requires fluency in written and spoken German.Work Location - Poland (remote)We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
