You’ll play a critical role in embedding security into our CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and development processes to ensure we meet both <b>technical and compliance requirements</b> such as <b>CIS</b>, <b>SOC 2</b> and <b>ISO 27001</b>.</p><p>As part of a fast-paced, innovation-driven team, you’ll work cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and compliance teams to build secure, compliant, and reliable financial platforms.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><h2></h2><ul><li><h2>Manage and harden cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/ Azure) ensuring least-privilege access and data encryption at rest/in transit.</h2></li><li><h2>Deploy and maintain tools for vulnerability management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and container security.</h2></li><li><h2>Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating tools for container security, dependency scanning, and secrets detection.</h2></li><li><h2>Automate security controls, monitoring, and alerting across infrastructure and application layers.</h2></li><li><h2>Ensure compliance with security standards such as CIS, SOC 2 and ISO 27001.</h2></li><li><h2>Respond to and investigate security incidents and vulnerabilities.</h2></li><li><h2>Champion a DevSecOps mindset—enabling teams to build security into every phase of the SDLC.</h2></li><li><h2>Support audit and compliance efforts by providing required technical evidence and reports.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li><h2>3+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Cloud Security, or related engineering roles in FinTech or regulated environments.</h2></li><li><h2>Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS preferred) and infrastructure hardening.</h2></li><li><h2>Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Argo CD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and DevOps automation.</h2></li><li><h2>Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).</h2></li><li><h2>Hands-on knowledge of security tooling such as CSPM and Container security</h2></li></ul><p></p><p>#Remote Poland</p>
