This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure that every system, from lead capture through post-sale engagement, supports a frictionless and data-driven customer journey. As a Salesforce guru and GTM systems expert, you will translate business needs into technical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, compiling information and data to execute exceptional experiences throughout the entire customer lifecycle.Responsibilities<ul><li>Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and the Partnerships Relationship Management platform</li><li>Manage system integrations, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and clean handoffs between tools</li><li>Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to translate business processes into scalable system workflows and automations</li><li>Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, and training resources</li><li>Drive tool adoption through user enablement, training, and ongoing support</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and usage analytics to ensure ROI on technology investments</li><li>Partner with the Salesforce Admin and Deal Desk to streamline quote-to-close operations and reporting</li><li>Collaborate with BI/Analytics teams to ensure GTM dashboards and reports reflect accurate, actionable data</li><li>Identify and implement system enhancements that improve sales efficiency and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Maintain a forward-looking roadmap for the sales systems ecosystem in alignment with business growth</li></ul><ul><li>4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM Systems roles</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Salesforce administration, architecture, and integrations</li><li>Hands-on experience with Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and related GTM or sales engagement platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes and GTM motion design (lead → opp → close → renewal/expansion)</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Analytical mindset with comfort in data management and dashboarding (e.g., Salesforce reports, Looker, Tableau, etc.)</li><li>Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop a team</li><li>Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management</li><li>Experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining SaaS tools across a GTM organization</li><li>Familiarity with partnership or channel management systems (PRM, PartnerStack, etc.) preferred</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred</li></ul>
