You will drive strategic systems planning, execution, and optimization across our GTM tech stack, ensuring that tools and processes align with our revenue growth objectives and are AI-enabled to drive productivity and efficiency. <h3>About the role:</h3> GTM Systems Strategy &amp; Roadmap <ul> <li>Own and evolve the roadmap for GTM systems (CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Success tools, etc.)</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable systems solutions.</li> </ul> Tech Stack Management <ul> <li>Lead administration and enhancement of key platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Gainsight, Outreach/Gong, and others.</li> <li>Ensure proper integration and data flow across systems to enable end-to-end visibility across the customer lifecycle.</li> </ul> Project Management <ul> <li>Manage system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Oversee vendor relationships and third-party consultants as needed.</li> </ul> Analytics and Optimization <ul> <li>Collaborate with Operations and Analytics teams to ensure clean, accurate data and reliable reporting.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable AI and automation.</li> </ul> Team Leadership <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of system engineers and administrators.</li> <li>Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. </li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are:</h3> <ul> <li>8–10+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or GTM technology roles.</li> <li>Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct management, mentorship, and performance coaching.</li> <li>Proven experience managing enterprise CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tech platforms.</li> <li>Strong project management and change management experience.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.</li> <li>Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environments preferred.</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar a plus.</li> <li>Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.</li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications.</li> <li>Familiarity with RevOps frameworks and KPIs.</li> <li>Background in data architecture or API integrations.</li> </ul> Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
