You will maintain and improve our A/B testing infrastructure to meet new requirements driven by product changes and regulations, empowering teams to develop experiment tests quickly with reliable data, and providing AI-based tools. Additionally, maintaining and expanding our data platforms, supporting the use of new analytics tools, and developing cost-effective internal systems are key responsibilities. Helping manage privacy and consent systems to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations is also essential.  This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and make a significant impact. What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Develop and maintain APIs, SDKs, services and web applications, including server-side components, front-end features and AI integrations.</li> <li>Use programming languages such as .NET (C#), Typescript, and Javascript to build and enhance software solutions.</li> <li>Write SQL queries, design relational databases, and ensure effective data modeling and performance.</li> <li>Apply software building principles, architectural patterns, and SOA design.</li> <li>Utilize development tools such as Git, Bash/Shell, and various IDEs.</li> <li>Implement data structures, algorithms, and fundamental computer science concepts.</li> <li>Implement and manage server-side components and RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Ensuring high-quality code and automated testing.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and business leaders, to gather and understand requirements.</li> <li>Evaluate and propose solutions to improve performance and address any issues or bottlenecks.</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For <ul> <li>1,5 + years of full-stack development</li> <li>Proficiency with .NET (C#) and JavaScript</li> <li>Effective communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English</li> <li>Follow and improve effective Agile CI/CD processes</li> <li>Critical thinking and accountability</li> <li>BE or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.  </li> <li>Effective use of AI-based development tools</li> </ul>  <div>Why Join Our Team At JustAnswer, we blend the best of AI and human expertise to make a real impact.
