You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and other producers to develop new game content like features, events, sales, and visuals. About the role: A Lead Producer is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the production of a specific product or major aspect of a product or several smaller products. They are accountable for the overall success of the project, managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple teams. Lead Producers drive strategic decisions, foster a collaborative and efficient development environment (potentially leveraging agile frameworks), and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders, including executive leadership. They typically manage a team of Producers and other production staff, providing mentorship and guidance. MBA is a <a href="http://plus.Minimum">plus.</a></li><li><a href="http://plus.Minimum">Minimum</a> years of relevant experience: 7+ years or equivalent experience in game development production, with a significant portion in senior leadership or management roles.
