In this role, youll be a key leader of a 60 plus person team, responsible for delivering on the games long-term strategic roadmap. Were looking for someone who is not only a master of project management but also a creative problem-solver who can optimize development processes and lead a team to success.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The ideal candidate is passionate about games, a strategic thinker, and an expert in running robust live operations. You will collaborate closely with the team and management to balance development priorities, improve pipelines, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our players. A top priority for this role is to grow and mentor the production talent within the Puzzle organization, helping producers at all levels develop and grow their careers.</span></div><h3>RESPONSIBILITIES</h3><ul><li>Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team.</li><li>Oversee the robust live operations of a critical title, ensuring smooth execution and stability for players.</li><li>Improve team pipelines and workflows while monitoring team organization to ensure proper support.</li><li>Mentor producers at all levels and provide hands-on opportunities for them to learn and grow their skills.</li><li>Work with directors to establish product vision and team objectives, then clearly communicate them through documentation and presentations.</li><li>Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.</li><li>Proactively strengthen communication and relationships between all teams.</li><li>Present a clear, accurate, and digestible picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans.</li><li>Use strong judgment to determine when and how to escalate issues, implement new tools, or overhaul processes.</li></ul><h3>QUALIFICATIONS </h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in a game production role, with a preference for casual mobile gaming</li><li>Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and support for initiatives across multiple teams.</li><li>Proven experience in live operations within a fast-paced, event-driven game environment.</li><li>Extremely strong knowledge of the marketplace, market trends, and data, with the ability to identify product improvements.</li><li>The ability to balance project demands with creative essentials and the player experience.</li><li>A solid project management foundation in various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to customize workflows to meet team needs.</li><li>A proactive, results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.</li><li>A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficient in various production tools, such as Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, and Keynote.</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>The ability to take direct feedback and adapt communication styles to work effectively with others.</li><li>Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with configuration management and deployment tools, such as JSON configuration.</li></ul><div><span>In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation for this role.  The range listed is just one component of Jam Citys total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future.
