This role is critical in optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) operations by ensuring our sales processes, tools, and analytics run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Administrator Certified professional with experience in fast-paced startup environments, someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and finds solutions proactively. If you thrive in an agile environment and are passionate about driving operational efficiency, we’d love to hear from you.  Responsibilities:  <ul> <li>Salesforce Administration &amp; Systems Management </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing system configurations, user permissions, and data integrity. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tech stack integrations, ensuring seamless workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Identify automation opportunities to improve sales processes and efficiency. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reporting &amp; Dashboards </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Build and maintain accurate, real-time dashboards and reports to support leadership in making data-driven decisions. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Track key performance metrics, including pipeline health, sales velocity, and revenue forecasting. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Develop self-serve analytics capabilities for the revenue team. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Deal Desk Support </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Support the sales team in structuring deals, approvals, and pricing in alignment with company policies. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Act as a key liaison between sales, finance, and legal to streamline deal execution and reduce friction in the sales cycle. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Sales Commissions &amp; Incentives </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Own the sales commission process, ensuring accurate tracking, calculation, and timely payouts. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to model and refine incentive structures that drive performance. </li> </ul> </li> </ul>   Required and Preferred Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Salesforce Administrator Certification is required. Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM best practices, and GTM tech stacks (e.g., CPQ, BI tools, sales engagement platforms). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and analytics. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, take ownership, and solve problems proactively. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly. </li> </ul>   Pay range:  Base Salary Range $100,000 - $130,000 USD <div>About Us  Hypori Inc. provides a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, parental leave, and life and disability packages.
