The Technology Implementation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.The Technology Implementation Lead gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.<h1> Use your skills to make an impact  </h1>Required Qualifications<ul><li>a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field</li><li>2 or more years of project leadership experience</li><li>Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies</li><li>Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development</li><li>Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments</li><li>Facilitating cross-functional teams efforts</li><li>Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Accounting/Finance knowledge/experience</li><li>Advanced SQL or similar</li><li>Medicare/Medicaid experience</li><li>Data architecture/solution architecture experience</li><li>Project work/requirement design/testing</li><li>Production support/Project work</li><li>Significant collaboration with IT experience</li></ul>Bonus/plus qualifications:<ul><li>Cloud/Snowflake/Databricks experience</li><li>Working with Service Ops (claims, B&amp;E, etc.)</li></ul>Additional InformationTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humanas offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.  $106,900 - $147,000 per year  This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
